Argus360 · Customer and deal intelligence platform

The firm's knowledge, in front of the right person, at the moment of the decision.

Argus360 is a base semantic AI intelligence layer over a firm's knowledge, with industry- and process-specific modules on top. It connects customer, deal, delivery, and success signals so leadership sees the full relationship from pipeline through renewal. Private equity is the first industry: the Customer & Deal Intelligence module is in production at a private equity firm today, two more PE modules are planned, and further modules are developed with customers as their needs emerge. Licensed and hosted by Soligence, tuned to your process, your reporting cadence, and your controls.

Signal extraction Merge operational and financial data.
Orchestration Agents coordinate analysis.
Traceability Every insight is auditable.
Decision output Executive-ready summaries.
In production today

What a private equity firm runs on Argus360 right now.

The Customer & Deal Intelligence module replaced a seat-licensed private-capital CRM and cut the firm's annual software spend by roughly 60%. Here is the work it does.

Agent-driven data capture

Deal flow, LP interactions, and portfolio updates captured from email, decks, and quarterly reports without an analyst re-keying them. Zero manual data entry for the deal flow agents capture.

Deal-to-LP matching and briefs

New deals matched to the LPs most likely to fund them based on captured behavior. Deal and LP briefs generated in minutes instead of hours, with personalized outreach drafted for review.

Signals across the portfolio

Margin shifts, customer concentration risk, valuation comparable movement, and LP sentiment surfaced from communication patterns. Every AI-generated output carries an audit trail used in IC and LP review.

The platform

A base intelligence layer. Industry and process modules on top.

The base layer is a generalized semantic AI intelligence layer over the firm's knowledge: customers, deals, documents, conversations, and operating data, connected and queryable in the context of the work, with an audit trail on every output. It is built once per firm and every module reads from it.

Modules sit on top and carry the industry- and process-specific logic: what a deal is, what an LP relationship looks like, what a board pack should be checked for. Private equity is the first industry, and the modules below are the worked example. The same base layer takes new modules for other industries and processes, which we develop with customers as their needs emerge. We name only the modules that exist or are in build; the rest get scoped in discovery.

Customer & Deal Intelligence

For private equity firms. CRM replacement, agent-driven data capture, deal-to-LP matching, deal and LP briefs, and portfolio signal extraction. The first Argus360 module in production, running at a private equity firm today. Case study →

Planned

Deal Execution

Data room ingestion, red-flag memo with citations to file and page, cross-checks between the CIM and the financial statements, and a first-draft IC memo the deal team verifies rather than writes. Until it ships, we scope the interim work as project work: discovery decides whether it runs inside Argus360 under license or as a system your team operates.

Planned

PortCo Health

Board packs and monthly reporting read every quarter, with covenant headroom, KPI drift, and customer concentration flagged as they move. Until it ships, we scope the interim work as project work: discovery decides whether it runs inside Argus360 under license or as a system your team operates.

Developed with customers

Your industry or process

The base layer is not specific to private equity. Where a customer in another industry, or another part of the deal or portfolio lifecycle, has a workflow that fits the pattern, we scope a module for it in discovery and develop it with them. Modules built this way join the platform for the next firm with the same need.

How it works for your people

Knowledge in context, so people do the judgment work.

Argus360 puts the firm's knowledge in front of each person at the moment they need it, in the context of the deal or the account. Experienced people move faster, newer people work from the firm's best thinking, and the assembly work that never needed a person disappears.

Signal extraction

Surface revenue and margin signals across fragmented systems. Structured data from messy sources.

Workflow automation

Automate manual analysis and reporting with auditable AI decisions. Humans stay in control.

Executive narrative

Deliver clear summaries and recommendations that leadership can trust and act on immediately.

Get started

Request a walkthrough, or scope the module you need.

Argus360 is licensed and hosted by Soligence. Most firms start with a walkthrough, then a short discovery to map the base layer and the right module to their process and controls, or to scope a new module where none exists yet. Where a module does not cover the work, our AI Factory (the senior engineering team and agent workflows behind every custom system we ship) scopes it as project work, and discovery settles whether it runs inside Argus360 under license or as a system your team operates.
